How it works
Rosso Pepe takes a no-nonsense approach to our pizza catering service.
We will arrive an hour before the scheduled service time to set up our station.
We will provide up to a three (3) hour service to cook the starters, followed by six (6) main courses of your choice from our range of menu and dessert pizza.
The number of guests and menu will be discussed and finalized a week before the event.
We will provide napkins, cutleries, and plates when requested.
Note: Notify us about any allergies so we can provide other suitable options. No special requests will be catered during the event except for special requirements discussed in advance.

Price and Other:
Enjoy our wide selection of authentic Italian pizza at a reasonable price.
Our minimum charge is $1250+gst that covers up to 50 people. If more than 50 people at the event, $22 per head. Over 100 people, up to a 20% per head discount applies. Please enquire for details.
Children from 0 to 5 years of age – Free
Children aged 5 to 12 years – $10
We provide a gluten-free base if needed for an extra $5 per base.
We also provider vegan cheese at $3.50 per person.
Our service as a package is based on the buffet, but we can also arrange a waiter service for an extra fee of $250.
Additional travel fees may apply.

Booking and cancellation:
We’ve made it easy to book and cancel your order to avoid any inconvenience.
Booking a date for your event requires a $200 upfront deposit.
Pay the rest of the balance before or during the event.
An extra charge of 5% will apply in the event of late payments.
We will provide a full deposit refund on cancellations not less than a week from the scheduled date.
We will not provide a deposit refund for a late cancellation (less than 1 week).

We allow rescheduling of events within 3 weeks before the event with no extra charge.
